Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee of the service booked for no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I’ve had to many last minute cancellation, and Ive got to protect my income at least some. It’s hard to fill a spot on such short notice when canceling last min, or someone just not showing up without a word. Obviously in emergent situations this policy can be waved.
